Creating your YEGO account is free. When riding, you’ll be charged the city price/min. You can check it by selecting your city on our website: https://www.rideyego.com/. The price includes everything: the motorbike and helmets’ use, the insurance and the maintenance. If you would like to save on your rides, go to our Store and check our offers!

At the end of each ride, we charge the payment method linked to your YEGO account.

At the moment we accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay and American Express) and Apple Pay. We are working to offer you soon new payment methods, such as PayPal and Google Pay.

At YEGO, we have set ourselves very ambitious environmental targets and we are trying to
reduce our impact by trying to limit the use of paper as much as possible.

However, through any of the channels referred to in Section 8.1.1.1. of the Terms and
Conditions of Service (to easily locate the Terms and Conditions of Service see FAQ Where can
I find your Terms and Conditions?), you can revoke your consent to e-invoicing at any time,
and request by simple communication to receive paper invoices for services rendered, at no
additional cost to you.

There are several ways for you to save on your rides:

- Go to the app menu > Store, and check our offers;
- Enjoy your YEGO Motor Club benefits: the more you ride, the more rewards you will get;
- Book the vehicles marked with a star and get free minutes on your rides;
- Share your invite code to your friends and get free credit after their first ride;
- Follow us on social media to be up-to-date on our special promotions.

We do not currently have any active promotions. If you know someone who already uses YEGO, ask them to share their invite code with you! Also, follow us on our social media to be up-to-date on all the promotions.

Since travelling is a fundamental right, YEGO has decided to follow the initiative of Île-de-France Mobilités (the Île-de-France region's transport organising authority) by greatly reducing the transport costs for "Tarification Solidarité Transport" beneficiaries, students who receive a State scholarship, and people who are 55 years old or older.

In Paris, we offer:

(i) a 75% solidarity discount on all rides for holders of a "Tarification Solidarité Transport" card.

This is reserved solely for:

- Recipients of the "Revenu de Solidarité Active" (RSA) below the income ceiling defined by Île-de-France Mobilités and members of their households.
- Unemployed people receiving both the "Allocation de Solidarité spécifique" (ASS) and the "Complémentaire Santé Solidaire without financial participation"* (CSS, formerly CMU-C). (The CSS is granted, depending on the case, with or without financial participation. Only beneficiaries of CSS without financial participation can benefit from the Tarification Solidarité Transport).
- Veterans and victims of war with a double blue or double red bar ONAC card and their accompanying person.
- Veterans and victims of war who hold an ONAC card with a single red bar.
- Those accompanying a person with a Disability Card (CI) or Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) with the additional note "Besoin d’accompagnement" ("Need for assistance").

It's easy to benefit from this service and there's no advance payment. To request it:

- Attach proof of your "Tarification Solidarité Transport" card.

In accordance with the regulation concerning the conservation of data, this proof must be sent before the 10th of each month for monthly renewal.

The rate only starts from the moment YEGO confirms the activation upon the person's request. It is not retroactive.

ii) A 35% solidarity discount on all rides for students with a State scholarship.

It's easy to benefit from this service and there's no advance payment. To request it:

- Attach the notification of the Scholarship award and the grant certificate, available on the paper form, completed and stamped by your institution.

In the event of a proven false declaration, the holder and the payer are liable to criminal prosecution under article 441-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code.

In accordance with the regulations concerning the conservation of data, the receipt must be sent before the 10th of each month for monthly renewal.

The rate only starts from the moment YEGO confirms the activation upon the person's request. It is not retroactive.

(iii) A 35% solidarity discount on all rides for users aged 55 and over.
