If you need information or help using the service, you can contact the YEGO team using the app's real-time chat feature. We will get back to you in less than a minute, 24/7 (in Bordeaux from 8am to midnight). Let's stay in touch, no?

Book, unlock and ride

From the YEGO app, locate and book your vehicle. The first 15 minutes of your reservation are free. Once you are next to the vehicle, unlock it and start the engine in just one tap. If you have booked a scooter, the top box will unlock so that you can take out the helments. Now enjoy the ride!

Pause your YEGO

Do you need to pause your journey? Select 'pause' in the app to turn off and lock your vehicle without losing your booking, at a reduced rate. Turn off 'pause' and carry on!

End your journey easily

When you reach your destination, park the vehicle, put the helments back in the top box (with the scooters) or attach the lock (with the bicycles and stand-up scooters), and end your session on the YEGO app. The vehicles is now ready for the next booking. Easy!

Great electric scooter sharing experience! Easy to use, we can find a scooter in the city quickly. Also the customer service is really reactive in case of a problem. I recommend!

Found it very easy to use in Barcelona. If you recommend to a friend you get 30 free minutes and your friend also gets another 15 minutes after completing his/her first ride.
