You must be at least 18 years old to ride with YEGO. It’s a requirement from the insurance.

No, the reason is that we are obliged to check that the user meets all the necessary requirements to drive (i.e. valid and valid license to drive within the territory) and since we cannot follow up individually to check if the authorization is still valid, we are not allowed to accept them.

To ride with YEGO you need a B, AM, A1 or A2 licence.

In Spain:
We accept EU and UK driving licences, licences written in Spanish and international licences authorised to drive in Spain. If your licence is not valid in Spain, you can drive with YEGO if you have an "International Driving Permit".

In France:
We accept EU and UK driving licences, licences written in French and official translations. If your licence is not valid in France, you can ride with YEGO if you have an "International Driving Permit".

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is a translation of your national driving licence and allows you to drive abroad. You must always have your IDP along with your national licence at all times.

If the pictures of your documents are clear, our system verifies them and activates the account immediately. If it’s not the case, we manually verify the documents within a maximum of 2 hours (a little longer if you create your account in the evening or on public holidays).
